We begin by having an in-person, phone, or online complimentary consultation to discuss your vision. In this meeting we explore ideas, travel style, interests, and requirements for your itinerary.
A service agreement will be emailed to you for your review and acceptance. Once this has been signed and received in order to complete the exchange, along with your non-refundable planning fee, the design process begins.
Now we launch the creative process, where we curate an extraordinary expedition for you. We offer you options, and fine-tune them to the final itinerary you envision, customized exclusively for you.
Your acceptance is confirmed when we have collected all deposits necessary to secure your reservations. The final payment is processed between 30-90 days prior to departure, which varies by supplier. Your final travel documents are prepared and delivered to you prior to departure.
It’s time to enjoy and experience an incredible trip, designed specifically for you. Remember, we are in every stage of the travel process, so we are available when you’re traveling. As well, we are in contact with our relationships on the ground where you are traveling to ensure that all is executed seamlessly on your behalf.
Upon your return, we meet up again via phone, online, or in person to review the highlights of your travels. We want to know what you loved, feedback, and can even explore where you want to go next.
Cancellation policies vary with each supplier that is secured by J Ángelle on your behalf. In addition, there is a $100 cancellation fee per person.
Tickets that need to be reissued or exchanged will require a $65 per ticket fee, in addition to any supplier penalties.
We are knowledgeable and attentive regarding special accommodations. From special diets to special needs, we work closely with suppliers to ensure necessary arrangements are made for your travels.
