The process
We begin with a complimentary consultation — in person, by phone, or online — to understand travel style, interests, and requirements.
A service agreement and non-refundable planning fee start the design process. Options are refined until the itinerary is exclusively yours. Deposits secure reservations. Final documents arrive before departure. We remain available while you travel, and we debrief when you return.

As Founder and CEO of J Ángelle Luxury Travel and Virtuoso Member Advisor since 2013, Jacy delivers concierge-level, white-glove service to high-net-worth individuals, families, and groups seeking extraordinary travel experiences. She designs and curates bespoke itineraries across leisure, business, and event travel—leveraging exclusive Virtuoso partnerships, insider access, and meticulous attention to detail to create once-in-a-lifetime journeys that exceed expectations.
Her background in travel photography, artistic direction, and operations allows her to infuse every trip with beauty, personalization, and seamless execution. Clients receive end-to-end concierge support, from private aviation and villa rentals to custom cultural immersions and philanthropic extensions. This role has honed her ability to anticipate needs, negotiate premium partnerships, and deliver transformative experiences that align with clients’ deepest values and aspirations.

We do not sell destinations. We design how the days feel. The fees below pay for time and expertise. Planning is not an add-on. It is the work.
All professional fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are not deposits. They are not credits. They cannot be moved to another traveler or another date.

A short call to qualify dates, travelers, budget, and fit. It ends with a written summary of the recommended next step. The call does not create a credit, a discount, or a 14-day window.
Standalone sessions. Never applied to a planning fee. The same price regardless of destination.
Vision & Design Session — 60 minutes · $295
Destination strategy, seasonality, whether this is the right trip, and high-level routing.
Deep Design Studio — 120 minutes · $650
Concept, routing, a property shortlist, and experience architecture.
The planning fee is collected before design begins. It is for judgment, access, and the hours no one sees.

Group travel. Planning fees begin at $1,500 and are quoted for the travelers who commission the itinerary. Extended and multi-country journeys are quoted from $3,500+. When additional guests join an itinerary already designed, the fee begins at $750 per person.

Commissions from hotels and operators do not increase what you pay the property. The fee is for my time. Virtuoso amenities (breakfast for two, upgrade when available, a $100+ credit, early/late where offered) typically add several hundred dollars of value per stay.
Households who travel with us several times a year may ask about The Private Atelier: $4,800 a year. Founding year, $3,900 for the first ten.
