Who are your clients?

J Ángelle Luxury Travel is passionate not only about travel, but we wholeheartedly strive to operate with excellence as your personal travel concierge. We cater to high-end and upscale individuals who are discerning travelers. Some luxuries they enjoy and require include five star accommodations, private guides, VIP tours, and private charters, just to name a few.Our clientele value their time and see the benefit of an advisor to design and arrange every detail for them. A typical trip for our clients would cost over $20,000. Our travelers aren’t searching for the lowest rate, rather a rich experience and high-level service with exclusive benefits.

Do you charge a planning fee?

At J Ángelle Luxury Travel, we value forming relationships with our clients, and aren’t just a booking agent. We take pride in creating tailor-made, bespoke itineraries, suited uniquely for each client. This takes time and our valuable relationships and resources we have worldwide. As we give the attention that our clientele deserves, we do charge a non-refundable planning fee to acknowledge our efforts to provide exquisite opportunities in travel. The fee varies based on the complexity of the arrangements, and will be collected prior to the design process.

What is the process?

The hallmark of  J Ángelle Luxury Travel is to form long-lasting relationships with our clients. From the initial consultation, to meeting up after the client returns home to discuss their trip, we are present in every stage of the travel process.

We begin by having an in-person, phone, or online complimentary consultation to discuss your vision. In this meeting we explore ideas, travel style, interests, and requirements for your itinerary.

A service agreement will be emailed to you for your review and acceptance. Once this has been signed and received in order to complete the exchange, along with your non-refundable planning fee, the design process begins.

Now we launch the creative process, where we curate an extraordinary expedition for you. We offer you options, and fine-tune them to the final itinerary you envision, customized exclusively for you.

Your acceptance is confirmed when we have collected all deposits necessary to secure your reservations. The final payment is processed between 30-90 days prior to departure, which varies by supplier. Your final travel documents are prepared and delivered to you prior to departure.

It’s time to enjoy and experience an incredible trip, designed specifically for you. Remember, we are in every stage of the travel process, so we are available when you’re traveling. If you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact us. As well, we are in contact with our relationships on the ground where you are traveling to ensure that all is executed seamlessly on your behalf.

Upon your return, we meet up again via phone, online, or in person to review the highlights of your travels. We want to know what you loved, feedback, and can even explore where you want to go next.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our planning fees are non-refundable and are collected prior to designing your itinerary.

Cancellation policies vary with each supplier that is secured by J Ángelle on your behalf. In addition, there is a $100 cancellation fee per person.

Tickets that need to be reissued or exchanged will require a $65 per ticket fee, in addition to any supplier penalties.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Yes. We strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance, and we offer this for every itinerary that we design. While you can’t always prevent unforeseen circumstances, you can secure insurance to help cover your arrangements. All clients sign a travel waiver, stating that we have offered travel insurance to them, and if they select it or not.

Can you assist with passports and visas?

Yes. We know how stressful and time-consuming it can be to obtain passports and visas. To help make this a seamless and smooth process, we work with experienced and knowledgeable suppliers who take care of processing these documents for our clients.

Can you help with special accommodations?

We are knowledgeable and attentive regarding special accommodations. From special diets to special needs, we work closely with suppliers to ensure necessary arrangements are made for your travels.
